Andrea is a highly qualified and experienced exercise specialist with a passion for rehabilitation. She earned her Sports Therapy degree from College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science, and a Master of Science in Neurological Rehabilitation. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Andrea has worked closely with Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers to develop tailored exercise programs that aid in injury recovery and promote overall wellbeing.

Andrea's dedication to her field extends beyond her work with clients. She is committed to sharing her expertise with others and offers training and mentoring for those who aspire to become instructors themselves. Andrea's passion for teaching ensures that her students receive the highest quality education, rooted in the latest research and best practices.

In addition to her extensive experience in rehabilitation and client work, Andrea has developed Mat and Reformer Online Teacher Training Course designed to provide aspiring instructors with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. The courses are structured to be flexible, offering students the opportunity to study at their own pace, with practical mentorship provided through in-person or online sessions. Andrea also runs a Mentor Program, allowing experienced Pilates instructors to guide and mentor students as they progress through the training, helping to create a strong community of well-trained professionals.

Whether working with clients or mentoring new instructors, Andrea is driven by a desire to help people achieve their goals and live their best lives. Her approach is both compassionate and evidence-based, ensuring that each individual receives the support and guidance they need to thrive.
